CJSC Ukrainian Insurance House has increased its statutory fund.
The decision to increase statutory fund from 20 million UAH to 50 million UAH was taken at shareholders meeting on November, 30, 2007.
Statutory fund increase was made through stock increase of the existing nominal value due to additional fees of shareholders and other investors.
Ukrainian Securities and Stock Market State Commission has issued stock issue registration certificate at the amount of 50 million UAH.
